UAE:

Same Day across all emirates, 7 days/week (Fujairah and Al Ain: next day). Free shipping above AED 300, otherwise AED 17 fee.
Remote areas: 3-6 business days.

Automatic WhatsApp updates at every step (SMS if WhatsApp unavailable).

Up to 2-3 attempts. If unavailable, you will be notified and re-delivery scheduled. After all attempts, order returns to warehouse (re-delivery fees may apply).
Tip: Keep address and phone accurate. Update via tracking page anytime.

Accurate details essential: full name, active phone, complete address.
For international: email, phone with country code, full postal address.
Incorrect addresses cause holds until resolved.
