Shipping Policy
Delivery Estimates and Charges
Charges depend on order value and destination.
UAE
- —Same Day across all emirates, 7 days/week (Fujairah and Al Ain: next day).
- —AED 17 shipping fee.
- —Remote areas: 3–6 business days.
Order Tracking
Automatic WhatsApp updates at every step. SMS notifications if WhatsApp is unavailable.
Delivery Attempts
Up to 2–3 delivery attempts will be made. If unavailable, you will be notified and re-delivery scheduled. After all attempts, the order returns to our warehouse — re-delivery fees may apply.
Tip: Keep your address and phone number accurate. You can update them via the tracking page at any time.
Delivery Address
Accurate details are essential: full name, active phone number, and complete address. For international orders: email, phone with country code, and full postal address.
Incorrect addresses will cause a hold on the order until the issue is resolved.
Returns
14-day return policy. Items must be in original condition, unworn, sealed, with receipt. To initiate a return, contact contact@galvitamin.ae.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval to the original payment method.
